Sean Hannity revealed to be Michael Cohen client

In a New York court room Monday, it was revealed that Fox News commentator Sean Hannity is a client of Micheal Cohen. Hannity was referred to as Cohen’s “secret third client.” Cohen’s other two clients: President Donald Trump and GOP fundraiser Elliot Broidy.

Broidy has since admitted to having a relationship with a Playboy playmate and then paying her $1.6 million after learning she was pregnant. Cohen helped arrange the transaction. Of course, you already know Cohen has admitted to paying Stormy Daniels $130,000 prior to the 2016 election.

Now, this new revelation of Hannity being a Cohen client comes after last week’s FBI raid of Cohen’s home and office, in which documents and business records were seized. The Department of Justice has since revealed that Donald Trump’s personal lawyer has been under investigation for several months for business dealings

Following Monday’s news, Hannity sent out a number of tweets defending himself.

This is just another strange turn in this long legal battle, in which Fox News’ biggest star is now entangled.

This obviously brings to mind a number of questions: Simply for transparency’s sake, why didn’t Hannity just reveal he was a client of Cohen’s? What will the network do, if anything? What exactly did Cohen do for Hannity? Is this why Hannity has been completely and unabashedly sold out to Donald Trump since he announced his run for president?

My guess: Hannity will soon be taking a “pre-planned, weeklong vacation” in the hopes that this story dies down.

New History Book is Blatantly Anti-Trump

“By the People: A History of the United States” hasn’t been published yet but it’s set to replace an older copy that many high schools in America use. When it does, students may find that the information contained in the text book is very liberally biased.

From Fox News:

Tarra Snyder, a student at Rosemount High School in Minnesota, who saw a copy of the book sent to her school, told Fox News she was “appalled” after seeing how “blatantly biased” the newest edition of “By the People: A History of the United States” was toward Trump and his voters. She said it also glossed over all issues then-Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton faced during her campaign.

“There are specific parts where it goes off the rails from a historical textbook toward an op-ed,” Snyder told Fox News.

Definitely not okay for a teaching tool that’s tax payer funded.

Alex Clark, a radio host from the Joe and Alex Show in Indianapolis, broke the story and tweeted some photos from the textbook that Tarra Snyder shared with her. Fox later picked up on the story after the attention the the tweets were getting.

Here are a few examples of content found in the text book, as reported by Clark and Fox.

The final section of the book, titled “The Angry Election of 2016,” is highly critical of Trump.

“Most thought that Trump was too extreme a candidate to win the nomination, but his extremism, his anti-establishment rhetoric, and, some said, his not-very-hidden racism connected with a significant number of primary voters,” Fraser wrote.

“Clinton’s supporters feared that the election had been determined by people who were afraid of a rapidly developing ethnic diversity of the country, discomfort with their candidate’s gender, and nostalgia for an earlier time in the nation’s history,” the textbook says. “They also worried about the mental stability of the president-elect and the anger that he and his supporters brought to the nation.”

In addition to the election, the book also covers Black Lives Matter and Ferguson.

In a section titled “Black Lives Matter,” Fraser wrote that after the shooting of Michael Brown, Brown’s “parents were kept away at gunpoint.” He paints a negative view of police while glossing over violent tactics carried out by some rioters, critics say.

“The nearly all-white police force was seen as an occupying army in the mostly African American town…the police increased the tensions, defacing memorials set up for Brown and using rubber bullets on demonstrators,” he wrote.

Pearson Education, a well-known publishing company, told Fox that “the textbook was developed by an expert author and underwent rigorous peer review to ensure academic integrity.” They also stated that it was “designed to convey college-level information to high school students” and “aims to promote debate and critical thinking by presenting multiple sides” of the 2016 election.”

Yeah, right.

Parents are going to have to start paying attention to their children’s curriculums then having honest discussions with them about the historical accuracy of what’s being taught in public schools.

Either that or send them to Christian school or homeschool them.

GOP using Maxine Waters, Hillary Clinton to attack James Comey

Chuck Schumer. Maxine Waters. Hillary Clinton.  Those names don’t exactly scream conservatism.

Waters, a totally ineffective legislator from the Golden State, spends more time on MSNBC calling for President Trump’s impeachment than she does on any kind of legislation. Seriously, in the nearly 30 years the woman has been in Congress, she has introduced and passed THREE bills!

Also, in 2009 she was investigated for conflict of interest, concerning meetings she took with a bank where had a vested financial interest.

Chuck Schumer, the liberal senator from New York, is a strong proponent for increased gun control and an abortion advocate, who actually high-fived a fellow Democratic senator after voting for late-term abortion.

Then there’s Hillary Clinton. The former Democratic presidential nominee, who has an issue with emails just seemingly disappearing, was accused of using the State Department when she was Secretary of State to enrich her and her husband Billy’s foundation, and that’s just her most recent scandals.

She also referred to Trump supporters as a “basket of deplorables” and blamed white women for her presidential loss to Donald Trump, saying they simply listened to their husbands when it came to voting booth. Apparently, Hillary doesn’t think white women possess a brain.

Knowing all this about these three Democratic all-stars, why in the world would the GOP use them in their defense of President Donald Trump? But that’s exactly what the Republican National Committee is doing with a website they’ve set up, LyinComey.com. Quotes from all three bashing Comey are prominently featured on the site.

The new website is just part of the GOP’s plan to combat former FBI director James Comey as he’s set to begin his media tour; promoting his new book , which hits shelves Tuesday.

You’ve got to ask yourself, why are the Trump administration and the GOP so afraid of Comey?  If there was no wrongdoing on behalf of Trump and his administration in regards to their dealing with Comey- and I’m not suggesting there is – why such an aggressive plan to discredit him? Why not simply let this thing die down on its own?

What’s that old saying? The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Who would’ve thought the GOP would have ever quoted Hillary Clinton in their defense of anything?

Buckle up and hold on tight because from the looks of it things are about to become really, really interesting and that ain’t no Lyin’.

Fox News releases statement on Laura Ingraham, to stand behind her

It appears David Hogg has failed…at least for the moment.

Following last week’s brouhaha where Laura Ingraham tweeted a rather dumb message about Hogg being rejected from college, advertisers began dropping like flies, at Hogg’s urging. You know, because Ingraham said something Hogg didn’t like and deserved to be silenced.

After the dustup, Ingraham tweeted a message of apology.

But receiving an apology from Ingraham was never the goal. Instead, Hogg stated he wanted an apology from the entire network.  Big surprise, I know. A leftist given an inch and trying to take a mile.

Anyway, some thought Ingraham’s show would actually be taken off the air due to the action’s of a 17-year-old and a few companies willing to happily submit to a high school student’s demands. Virtue signaling at its best…or worst, I guess.

Anyway, Fox News put out a message Monday stating that Ingraham’s show isn’t going anywhere.

While not a big fan of Ingraham, silencing her or anyone else for that matter because they refuse to going along with the in vogue opinion of the day isn’t a good precedent.

Rachel Maddow has every right to be heard. Chris Hayes has every right to be heard. Heck, even David Hogg has the right to be heard.

However, at this point it appears that Hogg’s crusade to silence those who aren’t in complete and total agreement with him has failed.

Just don’t let him or CNN know.

Actress Stacey Dash ends bid for Congress

While Congress may be filled with many clueless people, it will not have anyone who starred in the film “Clueless.”

That’s because actress Stacey Dash has ended her congressional bid in California. Dash made the announcement Friday, posting a statement to Twitter.

Dash said she “believes the overall bitterness surrounding the political process, participating in the rigors of campaigning, and holding elected office would be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of my family.”

The Republican and former Fox News contributor bows out of the race after filing to run in California in February.

It’s unlikely Dash would’ve won, considering she was running in heavily Democratic California. Even though she’s a female and a person of color, she would’ve had an “R” by her name and while Dems may drone on and on about diversity, having a “D” by the candidate’s name comes before race, gender or sexual orientation.

Advertisers bend to the will of a high school student

Advertisers are caving and bending to the will of a high school student.

Yesterday, conservative radio and Fox News host, Laura Ingraham, tweeted out a message about Parkland school shooting survivor David Hogg being rejected from college.

That’s what she tweeted. Nothing less, nothing more.

Was it the smartest thing to do? Probably not. But it’s not awful.

Well, Mr. Hogg, liberal hero of the moment, was incredibly offended. Not only demanding an apology from Ingraham, but he started going after her advertisers.

And you know what, those companies began caving, giving into the demands of a high school student.

But the story doesn’t stop there. Ingraham apologized for her “insensitive” tweet. However, that turned out not to be enough for Hogg, he is now demanding an apology from an entire network.

Yes, the same kid that said Sen. Marco Rubio had blood on his hands, that also said radio host Dana Loesch was a propagandist for the NRA and calling her disgusting, wants an apology from entire network.

I understand he’s been through a horrible, horrible thing. But this kid is taking his 15 minutes a little far. You can’t accuse a sitting senator of being directly responsible for the deaths of 17 people and then claim the moral high ground, demanding an apology.

Seriously, is  where we are in 2018? If so, it’s a sad, sad place.
