Kayleigh McEnany in talks to join Fox

Will she or won’t she?

Yesterday, reports were circulating that former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany was joining Fox News. Not so fast, says the network.

Upon leaving her position at the White House, McEnany listed an “employment agreement with Fox News, starting work in January” on her termination report. But the network says she’s not an employee and talks about her working for them have been put on pause.

Citizens for Ethics obtained the disclosure.

According to USA Today, “the network and McEnany had initial conversations after the election but put them on pause” and their source said “Fox is open to hiring McEnany in the future.”

Some are speculating McEnany will fill another former Trump White House Secretary’s spot on the network – Sarah Huckabee Sanders is leaving following her announcement to run for governor of Arkansas.

Before working as the White House Press Secretary, McEnany was a contributor to CNN and also worked for Mike Huckabee.

McEnany has not commented on the reports that she may be moving to Fox News.
