Meghan McCain: I like people who don’t lose Arizona

Whether President Trump and his followers want to believe it or not, Democrat Joe Biden is the president-elect and Kamala Harris is the vice president-elect.

Biden will be sworn into office on Jan. 20, 2021 and Trump and VP Mike Pence, having lost, will exit the White House.

But as we march closer and closer to Trump and Pence leaving the White House grounds, votes are still being counted in a couple of places, with a handful of states not yet called for either candidate.

Up until last night, Arizona was one of those states. On Thursday evening, the southwestern state was called for President-elect Joe Biden.

Following the call, Meghan McCain, the daughter of late Sen. John McCain, let her feelings known about her home state flipping and going to the Democrat.

Of course, this is an obvious and direct shot at Trump who famously said he likes people who weren’t captured.

At the time, Trump, who dodged military service, claiming bone spurs, angered a lot of people with his comments. And apparently, people haven’t forgotten his rather stupid statement.
