Huh? Libertarian presidential candidate Jo Jorgensen bitten by rabid bat

For most people, 2020 has been a collection of never-ending and ever-increasing insane series of events. This year has been the redheaded stepchild of years, it’s ugly and it just won’t go away.

But never fear. Just when you thought 2020 was finally finished delivering one crazy occurrence after another, it responds with an ever weirder but true story.

No, it’s not another worldwide and deadly pandemic, it’s connected to the 2020 election, which is only right because that’s sure to be just the rotten icing on this moldy cake that has been 2020.

So, with the bickering over Democrat Joe Biden’s mental health and those shouting and calling everything Fake News that even remotely challenges their narrative about, well,….everything, people have forgotten about the Libertarian Party presidential candidate.

Yes, Jo Jorgensen, a former college professor and former Libertarian vice presidential candidate, is the 2020 Libertarian presidential candidate. Jorgensen, while representing the party that actually stands for smaller government, doesn’t stand a chance of really achieving much in this year’s presidential election. Much like every other Libertarian who has run for president, her candidacy will, in all likelihood, amount to nothing more than a trivia question in 10 years or so.

However, while she stands no chance of winning, people are now sure to remember her for one other fact: for being bitten by a bat.

On Twitter, Jorgensen explained that she was forced to miss a campaign event after being bitten by a rabid bat.

Jorgensen has announced that she is OK and has made light of the situation.

Just when you thought 2020 couldn’t possibly get any stranger, it steps game up. Well played 2020. Well played.
