Kavanaugh & Gorsuch join majority ruling against Trump’s tax case

BREAKING – The Supreme Court has just ruled against President Trump on keeping his tax returns secret.

In a 7 -2 vote, the Court ruled he must turn over his financial records to Manhattan prosecutors. Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch sided with the majority ruling of the Court. Only Justices Clarance Thomas and Samuel Alito dissented.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance submitted a subpoena for eight years worth of Trump’s tax records as part of an investigation into money paid to Stormy Daniels as hush money.

The Court also ruled whether or not Congress should have access to them, with that vote going in favor of President Trump.

Both rulings can be found here and here.
