The coronavirus pandemic continues as more positive cases and more deaths related to the virus are announced every single day.
Currently, there are nearly 90,000 people who have died in the United States as a result of the virus, more than any other nation in the world.
The pandemic has led to the cancelation and postponements of many events, gatherings and other occasions. However, none may be bigger than college and high school graduations. The majority of 2020 graduates will not have to opportunity to walk across the stage, hear their name called and receive their diploma.
On Saturday, former President Obama provided an address during CNN’s Graduate Together ceremony as it recognized the achievements of the class of 2020.
