Blagojevich says he’s ‘a political prisoner,’ Anderson Cooper calls ‘ bullsh*t’

This week, President Donald Trump commuted the sentence of former Illinois governor and Apprentice cast member, Rod Blagojevich.

The Democrat was sentenced to prison after he was recorded trying to sell then-Sen. Obama’s Senate seat for personal profit. According to Blagojevich on the recording, “a Senate seat is a f**king valuable thing” and that you just don’t just give that away.

Now that the infamous former governor is out, he’s talking. On Friday night, Blagojevich went on CNN’s Anderson Cooper and called himself “a political prisoner,” going on to say that he was thrown in prison by “corrupt prosecutors” despite the evidence against him.

Cooper wasn’t having any of it, calling out Blagojevich for his claims. He accused Blagojevich of creating alternate facts and “bullsh**.”
