Marianne Williamson falls for fake article, thought Trump pardoned Charles Manson

California Sen. Kamala Harris is no longer running for president but Marianne Williamson is still in the race.

Let that sink in for a minute. Love her or hate her, Harris is a United States senator and the former California attorney general while Marianne Williamson is a self-help writer who wants to start a Department of Peace.

Williamson also, for some reason, believed that President Donald Trump posthumously pardoned Charles Manson.

She actually tweeted and then deleted on Monday that: “There is something deeply sinister about Trump pardoning Charles Manson, even posthumously.”

Apparently, Williamson is unable to tell the difference between satire and actual real news. It seems that she thought an article from MoronMajority.com, a site that says “this site is devoted to satire. If you believe any of the stuff you read here, don’t look now, but you probably belong to the group this site is named for.”

That article was then republished by Daily Kos.

She later posted a tweeted apologizing for her mistake and then also deleted that.
