Cory Booker says Democratic presidential field is not diverse enough

Democrats are always crying about diversity. They need it, they love it and frankly, they would like some more of it.

Or would they? New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker believes they do…kind of.

Following Kamala Harris’ exit from the presidential race, Booker appeared on MSNBC with Chris Hayes and talked about the lack of diversity that now exists in the field.

Basically, Booker is calling his party a bunch of racists because they didn’t get behind the right people.

But who are the real racists? Those who see someone’s skin color and immediately think “diversity” simply because they look different from them or those who consider that individual’s ideas and either support or oppose them based on their merit? I think we all know the answer to that.

Let’s also remember that Booker is calling those in his party, those he’s asking for their vote, racists.
