You gotta love the media. They give us the items of importance such as 9/11, election results and incessant updates about the latest celebrity to pass away. But all of that pales in comparison to what the media brought us with fervent zeal: Donald Trump tweeting a photoshopped image of a dog.
On Wednesday, Trump posted a photo of the dog responsible for helping to take out Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi with the caption “American Hero.”
Now, anyone with half a brain can tell this image has been photoshopped. Apparently, though, several prominent news outlets needed to let us know it was indeed fake.
The New York Times wrote up an article detailing the photo as did the Washington Post. CNN’s Jim Acosta was hot on the case as he provided us with inside info and then got rightfully ripped on Twitter for the moronic take.
