James Comey: I’m headed to New Zealand if Trump wins in 2020

So, there were a ton of speakers, panels, meet and greets and book signings at Politicon this past weekend in Nashville.

Basically, any big and recognizable name in the world of politics was there giving their two cents on the current state of our political discourse. One of those people (who we were unable to make it to) was former FBI director James Comey.

On Saturday, Comey sat down with MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace as they discussion a whole host of issues. And as you might expect, President Donald Trump and his 2020 reelection came up.

Comey, while said it was said in obvious jest, isn’t exactly wishing for Trump to be reelected. Instead, Comey made it clear that he will be watching from another country.
