After failing to meet the requirements for the third debate and accusing the DNC of rigging the debates last month, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard has qualified for the fourth round set for next Tuesday.
In order to appear on stage with the other qualifying candidates, she had to have 130,000 unique donors and register at least 2 percent in four polls approved by the DNC.
That makes her the twelfth candidate to qualify so far. The deadline for meeting requirements is Oct. 1st. Debate number four will be held in Westerville, Ohio on Oct. 15th.
Since twelve candidates have met the requirements, it’s possible the debate could be split into a two night event like earlier debates. The DNC has not made a decision on that yet.
