Julian Castro goes after Biden during debate, gets lit up on social media

So the top 10 Democrats running for president met in Houston, Texas Thursday night for their third primary debate.

As expected, one of the biggest and most heavily debated topics was health care. Every Democrat on stage essentially wants to provide health care for all, in one form or another. The only real difference being how much socialism and how quickly to implement it.

But likely the most interesting exchange happened between former Vice President Joe Biden and Julian Casto. Castro accused Biden of saying that he was going to force people to buy into Medicare to which Biden heavily protested.

Following the debate, Castro’s campaign retweeted the video of Biden at the moment in question.

Social media didn’t appreciate Castro’s move, with most saying his campaign is now over and that he helped the Republicans.
