Beto O’Rourke says if he’s president, you’ll have to sell your guns back to the government

The Democrats running for the presidential nomination in 2020 all seem to be pretty happy to take your guns away from you in the name of guy buybacks, which are really just a fancy term for confiscation.

Beto O’Rourke, who’s still hanging in there even though no one thinks he’s got a shot at the White House, made it perfectly clear that if he becomes president, you can’t keep your AK-47 or AR-15.

Beto confirmed this, by retweeting Molly Hensley-Clancy’s tweet and saying, “We need to buy back every single assault weapon.”

Politicians throw this idea out time and time again, yet they never have a specific plan for how they would go about doing this, which should be a clue to voters that they’re not serious and it’s all for votes and scoring points with their constituents.

People seem to be eating it up too.

  1. If you have 1.5 trillion dollars ,the recent tax break for the rich,,,and divide that by 3 hundred million guns,,,,,how many could you buy back ? What would they be worth ?
