Anthony Scaramucci, who worked in the White House for all of ten days, is making his rounds on the networks, questioning the mental stability of President Trump and suggesting that the 25th amendment should be invoked.
“I don’t understand how elected public servants of the longest-standing Republican democracy in existing world history, a 243-year-old Republican democracy could have this sort of full-blown insanity on display and not act,” he told Bill Press in a podcast interview.
“It has to really make you worry about the state of the country and the overall cowardice of leadership,” he continued.
Recently, Scaramucci has been making his rounds, appearing on CNN a few weeks ago and saying he no longer supports Trump.
Joe Walsh, who is mounting a primary challenge against Trump, also believes it should be “looked at.”
“We’ve never had a situation like this. You can’t believe a word he says … he’s nuts, he’s erratic, he’s cruel, he stokes bigotry,” Walsh said on ABC’s “This Week.”
“The only thing he cares about is Trump. He doesn’t give a damn about America. He doesn’t care about the border,” he added.
