Former Illinois GOP Congressman Joe Walsh is not a fan of President Donald Trump.
Last week, Walsh wrote an op-ed in the New York Times in which he apologized for any and all of his actions that may have contributed to Trump’s election. He also went on to say that someone desperately needs to primary Trump.
Well, now it appears that Walsh himself may be the person to challenge the president.
Walsh appeared on CNN Thursday and was asked point blank if he was running against Trump in the Republican primary. Walsh, while not giving a definitive “yes” or “no”, said instead that he’s strongly considering a run against Trump.
