President Donald Trump is a New Yorker. He’s talked about his love for our nation’s biggest city on several occasions.
He was born there, grew up in the city and The Trump Organization is also headquartered in the city that never sleeps.
However, even though Trump is a New Yorker through and through, the city’s mayor says that after his presidency is over, he won’t be welcomed back.
Bill de Blasio, at a Buzzfeed event in New York City Thursday night, challenged Trump to a debate and then went on to say that when is presidency is over, he may want to look for somewhere else to live.
Check out de Blasio’s comments:
Donald Trump seems to have a lot to say about New York City lately.
So I issued him a challenge last night @BuzzFeed. pic.twitter.com/q3TB7d9pNO
