Current U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May is set to step down on Wednesday and Boris Johnson will be taking over after winning the Conservative Party leadership contest on Tuesday.
In a lively press conference at Westminster, Johnson said ““I say to all the doubters: Dude, we are going to energise the country, we are going to get Brexit done.”

Johnson won 66% of the vote, with a turnout of 87.4% and beat out Jeremy Hunt in the election.
President Trump, who was often critical of May, congratulated Johnson on the win.
