If you’re a Democrat, calling your opponent a racist is campaign 101.
When anyone disagrees with you, pull out that race card and it changes the topic and essentially ends any and all debate.
As of late, all the Democratic presidential candidates have taken their turn calling President Trump a racist. On Sunday, it was Sen. Cory Booker’s turn.
Booker appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” where he called Trump a racist and then went on to say he was even worse than a racist.
Sen. Cory Booker: “The reality is [Trump] is a guy who is worse than a racist. He’s actually using racist tropes and racial language for political gain, trying to use this as a weapon to divide our nation against itself and this is somebody who is very similar to George Wallace.” pic.twitter.com/1M8WLCmJZT

Now they’ve come up with something other than racist, I guess?.
