Joss Whedon, the movie and television writer/director and creator of hits like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, and the first Avengers, has never gotten over Hillary Clinton losing in 2016.
A few times, he’s even quit social media because the things he says are so outrageous that even the left thinks he’s gone off his rocker.
Independence Day really messed with Whedon, who tweeted that “We have a racist, racist President who’s using armed thugs in law enforcement & illegal militias to keep us cowed & hopeless & he’ll take the 2020 election by armed force & blatant, treasonous criminality & that is now, we’re the country with concentration camps so happy 4th.”
Shew! Take a breath there, Joss. No armed guards are standing outside my door to force me to vote for Donald Trump and I’m betting the only armed guards outside your house are there as your bodyguard detail.
He wasn’t done though, stating he’d like to post about what he thinks should happen to the President but it would probably get him banned on Twitter.
The responses were great.
