Cast of ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ wants you to know abortion is healthcare

It should shock no one that the cast of the hit Hulu series “The Handmaid’s Tale” has filmed a series of videos supporting abortion and proclaiming that the procedure is healthcare.

Sponsored by abortion loving Planned Parenthood, the cast dramatically claims that America is one step closer to Gilead, the fictional country on the show where women are forced to bear children without their consent.

“We are in a public health crisis. This is not Gilead. This is not the Handmaid’s Tale. This is not a book. This is not a TV show. This is America.”

“Banning abortion is not going to stop abortion,” says actor Bradley Whitford. Madeline Brewer adds, “Banning abortion will only stop safe, legal abortions.”

Moss says abortion is a “constitutional right.”

States like Georgia, Missouri and Alabama are called out more than once for their restrictive abortion laws and Max Minghella laments there are abortion “deserts” in some states, forcing women to drive more than an hour for something that’s their legal right.

The dramatic video ends with #RESIST and pleads with the viewer to join the fight by donating to Planned Parenthood.
