Tomi Lahren comes out against Alabama abortion law

Tomi Lahren isn’t a fan of Alabama’s abortion ban.

The Fox News/Fox Nation commentator posted about the ban on Twitter, “I will be attacked by fellow conservatives for saying this but so be it, this Alabama abortion ban is too restrictive. It doesn’t save life, it simply forces women into more dangerous methods, other states or countries. You don’t encourage life via blanket government mandate!”

This isn’t a new position for Lahren – a few years ago she took some heat from the conservative community for her pro-choice stance she took on ABC’s The View.

“I am someone that loves the Constitution. I am someone that is for limited government. So I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say I’m for limited government but I think that the government should decide what women do with their bodies,” Lahren said on the show.

“Stay out of my guns, and you can stay out of my body as well.”

Supposedly, those comments got her suspended from The Blaze, although Glen Beck disputes that.

Liberals are loving her tweet.

Conservatives are still critical of her position, though.
