This current crop of Democrats running for president are, to put it mildly, pretty far left.
Most of them want to do away with the Electoral College, abolish private insurance, increase taxes substantially and institute the disastrous Green New Deal. However, on Monday night, during CNN’s town hall, Bernie Sanders turned it up to 11!
He actually said that he would support giving those incarcerated, including terrorists such as the Boston Marathon bomber the right to vote as he sits in prison.

On Wednesday morning, CNN had a woman who actually survived the deadly Boston Marathon bombing on to discuss the senator’s absurd response. She was, rightfully, appalled by what Sanders said.
“These people have taken away the rights of those who have passed … I just think it's crazy.”
Boston Marathon bombing survivor Roseann Sdoia says she disagrees with Sen. Bernie Sanders’ position that felons should be able to vote in prison. https://t.co/e0pcjvyGN1 pic.twitter.com/MMIoCdyCek

Needless to say, this incredibly stupid answer is going to haunt the Vermont socialist throughout this campaign.
