CNN’s Brian Stelter says Trump admin ‘attacking media’ by skipping correspondents’ dinner

For more than two years CNN and most of the media have pushed the narrative that President Trump and his campaign colluded with the Russians. They put their all of their hopes on the Mueller report. It was for sure, without a doubt going to show collusion, they told us over and over.

Turns out that wasn’t the case. All the while the media was pushing this narrative, Trump would occasionally hit back against the media and they would cry foul each and every time. Well, now they are doing it again.

The White House Correspondents’ Dinner is set for this weekend and like the previous two years, Trump will not be in attendance. Instead, like every the two prior years, Trump will hold a rally.

CNN’s Brian Stelter says Trump’s lack of attendance is “an attack on the media.”

Really? Why should Trump or anyone in his administration be compelled to attend such an event?

Who would want to attend, dine and hangout with people who, for the most part, accused you of being a plant of foreign government?
