No one has been watching CNN’s town halls they’ve been holding with the Democrats running for president. And apparently, the news network didn’t want anyone to watch at all Monday evening as they held five town halls with Amy Klobuchar, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg.
Now, that doesn’t mean they don’t produce any newsworthy moments. They occasionally do.
On Monday evening, Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar was first up and at one point she was asked how she could win back moderates, disaffected people Trump won in 2016.
Her answer produced a Jeb Bush-like “please clap for me” moment.
