Once again, Rep. Ilhan Omar is at the center of a huge controversy. Earlier this week, the Minnesota Democrat was caught on camera downplaying the 9/11 terrorist attack saying “some people did something.”
Well, this didn’t sit well with people who remembered that day or really anyone with a smidgen of common sense. Donald Trump responded to the horrific remark with a video of his own.

Of course, this tweet featuring Omar’s own words and images of the events which she downplayed immediately made her the victim, according to a whole host of Democrats and friendly Democratic allies in the media.
Well, now it appears that even with all of the apologizing and virtue signaling from the Democrats, it wasn’t enough for Michigan Democrat Rashida Tlaib.
She actually accused the leadership of her own party of racism.
They put us in photos when they want to show our party is diverse. However, when we ask to be at the table, or speak up about issues that impact who we are, what we fight for & why we ran in the first place, we are ignored. To truly honor our diversity is to never silence us. https://t.co/7T1OlwS1YG
