It’s true, art really does imitates life.
Ridesharing companies such as Lyft and Uber are becoming more and more popular by the day. It’s a simple, effective and super convenient way to get around without little to no hassle.
Due to Uber and Lyft’s pervasive nature in our society, it’s no wonder that Hollywood is beginning to incorporate those services in their films.
The upcoming flick “Stuber” is story of an Uber driver who unwittingly gets caught up in a police investigation in which his life is at risk.
The film, which stars Kumail Nanjiani (Silicon Valley) and Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy), hits theaters on July 12.
