PETA is capitalizing on Mississippi’s Heartbeat Bill and encouraging pro-lifers to also go vegan because animal lives matter too.
The animal rights organization posted on their Twitter that “Many pigs, cows, and chickens are killed just WEEKS after birth — all for a fleeting taste of flesh.” They then say it “makes sense for pro-life supporters to be pro-life for animals too.”

PETA obviously doesn’t understand the difference between humans and animals – that humans have souls. Animals don’t, which makes being pro-human life and not pro-animal life different.
As you can imagine, pro-lifers had some questions for the animal rights group.
This PETA ad suggests that pro-life people should be vegan. If that’s true, how much more should any vegan be pro-life? https://t.co/bGVC7w1VKf

The reality is this: many animals have better protection in the United States than babies.
Also, this ad is stupid and ignorant. Y’all are comparing animals that have NO SOULS to human beings. DISGUSTING. https://t.co/xm6ZgtN1RP— Daughter of Zion ✝️ (@PeeksKyra) March 30, 2019
This is so stupid it is beyond the pale. We don’t prosecute people for murder when they kill an animal because as a society (and for the most part species) we value human life over all other forms of life (as we should). This is such a dumb suggestion by PETA https://t.co/ibaEwp2WtY
