The President reacted victoriously, saying that the findings in the report were a “complete and total exoneration.”

Mueller’s report did not definitively clear the President of obstruction of justice and in the letter, the special investigator wrote, “While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him” on whether he obstructed justice.
The President also broke his Twitter silence, tweeting:
No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!
