Kirsten Gillibrand is officially running for President of the United States. For the last several months now, the New York senator has been testing the waters after announcing a presidential exploratory committee.
On Sunday, she made her candidacy official. Also on Sunday, Gillibrand’s campaign released her first campaign ad.
Basically, it’s a smattering of liberal talking points and cliches, meant to “inspire” those prone to empty-headed, meaningless phrases.
Here’s Gillibrand’s first campaign ad where she asks, “will brave win?”
We need to remember what it feels like to be brave. Brave doesn’t pit people against each other or put money over lives. It doesn’t spread hate, cloud truth or build a wall. That’s what fear does.
I'm running because we're better than that. Let's be brave together. pic.twitter.com/ffMU4uaEUs
