In a two hour long speech that started with the President hugging the American flag at CPAC, President Trump talked about everything from free speech to immigration. He also announced that he plans to sign an executive order requiring college to support free speech or else they won’t get federal dollars.
“You know, I’m totally off script right now,” Trump said early in the speech. “This is how I got elected, by being off script.”

The President also said America will never be a socialist country.
