A seven-year-old entrepreneur in Texas has raised $5,000 for President Trump’s border wall. How did he do it? By selling hot chocolate.
Over the weekend, Benton Stevens set his stand up outside a shopping center with signs reading “hot chocolate” and “proceeds help build Trump’s wall.” He also offered add-ons to the standard cup of cocoa; for an extra 50 cents, patrons could get a large “Nancy Pelosi” marshmallows to melt in their drink. Smaller “Beto O’Rourke” marshmallows were free.
Someone took a photo of the boy, posted it to social media and the post went viral. Stevens’ parents say once the word got out, their son faced hate and threats and someone even called him a “little Hitler to his face.”

They also say it was Benton’s idea, who wanted to do something after watching the State of the Union address.
