Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg returned to work today, after several months off to recover from cancer surgery.
This marked the first time in her twenty-five year career o the bench that she had missed oral arguments, but statements from the Court said she was working from home and even signed papers from her hospital bed.
Doctors have said there is no more cancer in her lungs and no further treatments are planned.
The Court is meeting today to discuss cases and vote on petitions for review.
ABC news reports the court will reconvene for oral arguments on Tuesday and Ginsburg is expected to be back in her seat beside Chief Justice John Roberts, but court officials could not confirm her attendance.
