Soon enough, every Democrat in the country will be running for the White House.
Reportedly, another high-profile Democrat is considering getting into the presidential field, New York City’s Mayor Bill de Blasio.
Apparently, NYC’s mayor is said to be traveling to New Hampshire on Friday where he will meet with grassroots activists.
However, while the mayor decides whether to actually pursue a 2020 run, word is that he has not yet begun staffing, fundraising or setting up a presidential exploratory committee.
If he were to get into the race, de Blasio would be the third New York candidate after former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and current New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.
New Hampshire is the first-in-the-nation primary state.
