The New England Patriots are once again the champions of the National Football League. They defeated the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in Super Bowl 53.
For most of the game, the only scoring was done by kickers. Fans watching the game had to wait until the fourth quarter to see the one and only touchdown. To say it was boring was a tremendous understatement.
However, don’t call the game “boring” and let ESPN’s Trey Wingo hear you. The longtime ESPN host lost his mind on Monday morning’s “Golic and Wingo” radio show.
To get this worked up about people stating their opinion about an obviously uninteresting game is insane, but I guess at least ESPN is keeping their focus on sports and not politics, right?
Check out Wingo’s tirade:
“SHUT THE HELL UP!”@wingoz on the fans who complained for 4 hours, but wouldn’t stop watching the Super Bowl.
“YOU PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!” pic.twitter.com/xJzQqCSRnT
