The New England Patriots beat the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in what was one of the most boring Super Bowls in recent memory.
It wasn’t until the fourth quarter that any team managed to get into the endzone and it ended up being the only one in the entire game.
But as incredibly boring as that game was, something rather interesting did happen early in the third quarter.
On a first and 10 play, Tom Brady walks to the line and begins calling out the play and at one point, the Patriots quarterback can be audibly heard yelling “Reagan, Reagan.” The center hikes the ball and it ends up being a run off to the right.
One of the game’s commentators, former NFL quarterback Tony Romo noticed this as well and commented on it saying, “and obviously Reagan means run to the right.”
