This morning, President Trump announced that he is pulling all US troops out of Syria and declared victory over ISIS.

More than 2,000 American troops will be withdrawn and in a statement to the press, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said, “These victories over ISIS in Syria do not signal the end of the Global Coalition or its campaign.We have started returning United States troops home as we transition to the next phase of this campaign.”
The DOD released a summary of operations in Syria that included airstrikes from just a few days ago.

Sanders did not say what the next phase of the campaign is.
