Mick Mulvaney named Trump’s chief of staff

President Donald Trump has selected his newest chief of staff – Office of Management and Budget director Mick Mulvaney.

Trump announced the move on Twitter.

Mulvaney will become Trump’s third chief of staff in less than two years in office.

Former RNC chair Rience Priebus, his first chief of staff, only lasted about six months in the job. Trump’s outgoing Chieff of Staff John Kelly took the job in July of 2017. He is leaving the White House at the end of the year.
