Michael Avenatti is a guy who obviously loves being in the spotlight. He commonly appears on CNN to talk about how terrible President Trump is, talks about the rights of victims of domestic violence and has even flirted with the possibility of running for president.
Yes, the man has used his 15 minutes of fame to the max, using every second that he’s allowed in front of a camera to push talk about his favorite subject, Michael Avenatti.
But it appears Avenatti’s last few seconds of fame will be spent battling, ironically enough, domestic violence allegations.
Now, it appears that a woman has filed a restraining order against the possible Democratic candidate for president. Yes, Mareli Miniutti, an actress filed and has been granted the order.
Of course, the upstanding, self-righteous lawyer, Avenatti issued a statement via Twitter following the news.
I look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts. I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated.
