VIDEO: CNN’s Chris Cuomo mocks those who offer thoughts, prayers after tragedies

CNN really knows how to pick them. The cable news network is becoming more and more unwatchable by the day.

On of CNN’s personalities, Chris Cuomo, used the recent fatal shooting in California as an opportunity to mock those who pray and believe in God. The brother of New York’s Democratic Governor, Andrew Cuomo, condescendingly spouted that “I’d like to offer my thoughts and prayers, my thoughts and prayers because you mock those who lost loved ones.”

He arrogantly continued by saying that “if you gave it any thought at all, you’d never walk away from any of these without figuring out a better way to deal with it.”

But it gets even better. Cuomo went on to say, “Prayer? You think leaving it to God is the answer?”

He says he’s not really sure what those praying are asking for and says praying after a tragedy such as the California shooting is doing absolutely nothing.

However, Cuomo, in his condescending remarks, never offers up a solution.

Listen, anytime these mass shootings occurs and innocent people are slaughtered, it’s a terrible and awful situation. For someone to cowardly murder unarmed people is beyond sickening. But I’d like to know what media types like Cuomo and his buddies and at CNN would like to do in order to prevent the next shooting? What would they do besides getting rid of the 2nd Amendment and banning guns? What newly-instituted law would’ve prevented this tragedy?

Let’s remember this latest shooting did take place in California, not exactly the most friendly 2nd Amendment state in the country.
