A federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit filed by adult film actress Stormy Daniels against President Donald Trump. Daniels was suing Trump for defamation after he said that a man threatening her for coming forward over their alleged 2006 affair was “a total con job.”

Daniels’ defamation lawsuit, which she filed in April of this year, was centered on a tweet from the president about the sketch of the man who threatened her and her child.
In addition to having her defamation suit thrown out, the judge also said Daniels must pay all of Trump’s court fees. Daniels is still suing the president and Michael Cohen over a nondisclosure agreement over the affair.
