Maine Senator Susan Collins is a “yes” vote to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh and liberal women are losing their minds.
One Twitter user said that if she ever dies from an illegal abortion, to drop her body off at Collins’ house and let it rot.
If I ever die from getting an illegal abortion , please drop my body off at @SenatorCollins house and let it rot.

(Obviously, as a middle class white lady in a blue state it’s unlikely abortion will ever be totally inaccessible to me. I’m not the person at risk. But IF this happens).

When people told her to just use protection, that seemed to make her even angrier.
I HAVE FUCKING HAD TO WORRY ABOUT THIS EVERY DAY OF MY FUCKING LIFE SINCE 13. YOU NEVER HAVE. SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH. https://t.co/wrduLwuKce

guess i am going to keep shouting at men until one of them kills me

I have never dated a man or slept with a man who has done more to prevent pregnancy than I have.

Others “pity” women who support Kavanaugh.
I vacillate between red hot fury at women supporting Kavanaugh and pity for them, that they think the men in their lives actually respect them in exchange for selling out other women. They don’t, ladies. That approval you’re basking in will dry up the moment you show spine.

White women are to blame.
After all – 53% of white women voted for Donald Trump, and it is Susan Collins putting Kavanaugh over the top. We have to do better.

And then accused Collins of mocking survivors of sexual assault.
In the midst of a national dialogue about sexual assault, Sen. Collins sided with those who disbelieved, disrespected and even mocked survivors of sexual assault. Collins’ vote for Kavanaugh is a vote against abortion, birth control access, and survivors of sexual assault.

Senator Collins is telling American women and all survivors of sexual assault that they will never be believed, and that their attackers are entitled to ascend to the highest echelons of power in the nation

Collins is basically calling Dr. Ford a liar right now let's be very clear
— Jessica Mason Pieklo (@Hegemommy) October 5, 2018
BREAKING: @SenatorCollins just committed to casting a vote to confirm an accused sexual predator, a vote to confirm a nominee that has been promised to criminalize abortion, a vote to disregard the trauma of women and survivors. SHAME. pic.twitter.com/8vTneY9F6n

Finally, there were the threats of “women won’t forget” and that women never lie.
This isn’t just another vote. @SenatorCollins has made it clear that she can no longer call herself a women’s rights champion. She has sided with those who disbelieved, disrespected, and even mocked survivors.
We deserve better. Women won't forget. pic.twitter.com/YZw2Ocd463

This is why survivors don't come forward. This speech right here. This horrible moment when this horrible woman gives every presumption of innocence to the attacker and the harshest prosecutorial view of the victim, as she is the one with the incentive to lie.
Unforgivable.

Whew. It must be exhausting to carry that kind of anger around with you every day.
Just more proof that feminists don’t like conservative women who don’t fall in line with their group think.
