North Dakota Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, a red state Democrat, has been looked at as a potential yes vote on Kavanaugh. She’s slipping in the polls, so some thought she may side with the GOP in order to keep her seat.
Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Heitkamp released this statement this afternoon, outlining her decision not to vote for Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation.

Her main reason for voting no? His temperament.
That leaves one undecided Democrat: Joe Manchin. Claire McCaskill, Doug Jones, Joe Donnelly, and Jon Tester have all said they will not break party lines and vote to confirm Kavanaugh.
