President Donald Trump is a fan of Indiana. He’s made that abundantly clear both in his statements and in the number of times he’s appeared in the Hoosier state while running for and after becoming president.
On Thursday evening, President Trump was in the southern Indiana city of Evansville and held a rally with Republican Senate candidate Mike Braun. Braun is locked in one of the nation’s most competitive races with incumbent Democratic Joe Donnelly.
In his usual Trump stump speech, the president talked about the booming economy, the border wall and the need to elect Mike Braun to the United States Senate.
