It was recently revealed that fast food chain In-N-Out Burger has been politically active, donating some hefty cash to the GOP. In fact, this year the California-based fast foot joint donated $25,000, $30,000 last year and another $30,000 in 2016 the California Republican Party.
Now, In-N-Out Burger is a privately-owned business and they have the right to do whatever they please with their money. They could throw it off a bridge into a river or put it in a bag and chuck that bag into a campfire. It’s their money, right? It just so happens that they decided to make a few sizable donations to Republicans.
Not a crime, am I right? Well, let’s remember In-N-Out Burger locations are primarily in the western part of the United States, California to be more precise. And what party runs the Golden State? That’s right boys and girls, Democrats!
Well, when the head of the California Democratic Party head of In-N-Out Burger’s heinous, unspeakable monetary donations to the GOP, he was absolutely incensed and tweeted out orders for all of his comrades:
“Et tu In-N-Out? Tens of thousands of dollars donated to the California Republican Party… it’s time to
#BoycottInNOut – let Trump and his cronies support these creeps… perhaps animal style!”

I know, right? To think a business would actually prefer a business-friendly climate and not to be taxed to death, what horror!
A boycott? Boycott? That’s the best they could come up with? At least try something new. What about more business-friendly, job-creating policies?
Well, like like the good little followers they are liberals began tweeting about their inspired boycott of the fast food chain.

I would take Five Guys over InNOut any day of the week, and that's saying a LOT coming from a lesbian. I usually don't even take one guy. #BoycottInNOut

Everyone has the right to spend their money as they see fit, individuals and businesses. But, I am curious, how did that boycott of Chick-fil-A work?
